Hi there was playing on your server on sunday the 9th of may and i was banned no reason given in game just came up !b franks T BAGGING but don't know who by ?????????? Don't think i was t bagging and had a good look in yours rules and can not find where it says t bagging is agianst your rules would appreciate if someone could help on this matter thanks franks28

So called "Tea Bagging" is against unit policy. As a formal rule though it doesn't exist. Generally such things are accompanied by some other rules violation and the rule is what's used in banning a player.

In example, a player might be bunny hopping, jump shot, dolphin diving, base raping the uncap, fighting commander, and so on. In such cases the player is generally, not always, kicked first. This would have been preceded by a warning in the chat scroll. Someone might miss the chat scroll, but they are not going to miss being kicked. If there was "Tea Bagging" involved it will very likely escalate the other issue that would have resulted in a ban/kick.

I'll have to locate and contact the original banning admin on this case. That admins decision will be final. I cannot do this though without checking records and then contacting the banning admin. Depending on who the banning admin is this might take as little as a few hours, but could take as much as several days. Please check back to this thread for further updates and to address any questions the admin might have.

Ok Franks28 you was ban from PC server for bunny hopping and I gave you 2 warnings. Then you started tea bagging then I ban you and it is going to stand.

I am surprised buy your rank and experience that you do not know better. I find your act of teabaging juvenile and a lack of gamemanship. It's a pity with somebody with such experience cannot grasp the concept of respecting of your fellow player. Something that you should have learned by now but I fear you probably never will. What a waste.:(

No, what you seem to forget or ever known is that the game is fun which is easily achieved, but not at the expense of others. With a bit of justified criticism you have shown your true attitud in your previous post which is pretty much the same attitud you have in game. Which I'm sorry to say will probably continue. It's a shame that you weren't a bit humble in your approach in getting your ban lifted which I feel sure you could have. It's not hard to take responsibility for your actions and apologise for them. My comments in my earlier post were made to criticise and inspire you to play with more honor, but my reaction would probably be the same if I was innocent but we both know you are not. You alone are responsible for getting your ban and not getting it lifted. I hope you've learnt something, will see if that's true or not in your next post. If nothing else remember this politeness, honesty, humility, respect goes a long way with these guys.

You had the right attitud at =SMEG= for a ban appeal on Tue Oct 13 2009. If you did that your ban at PC may have been lifted unfortunately you blow it with a over the top defensive approach. Especially when you know damn well your in the wrong.

I don't know what you said in the post above before it was edited, but I find it strange it is only now that you can put please and thanks in the same sentence.
It's a shame as I was going and may still do ask the powers to be to remove your appeal and ask you to start again. It would be down to you and the adman's as I have
no such powers to make this happen and very little influence but I would try all the same. As I believe a permanent ban for these offences, are worthy of a second. I will
do what I can. I would say if these posts are still here in 24 hours I have been unsuccessful but if they are gone I suggest you take the chance
but that will be up to you.
