Well just for kicks I dug out BF2, emailed EA and got them to get all my old login info and my downloads.

Re-installed then hoped in a server.. So what key combo makes you jump non-stop all the time and toss NADS non-stop????

Went on 10 servers and everyone on them were NAD tossing bunny's.

So re-installed 2142 and its a lot better than BF2, no bunny's around thank God. My hope in and play every now and then.

BUT!!!

I think I will stick to Falcon I miss my F-16 already.

Dont think I will be playing on any BF2 servers well not the root BF2 any more.

Steyr AUG's (AU2G to be specific. Got an airsoft one :) ), sig 552 commandos, miniguns, MORTARS!!!!! That new accuracy international rifle (forgot the name already), F-117's, ...

All you need is a freaking fuel airbomb to make me drool. A cloud of vapour drifting overhead followed quickly by an almighty fireball creating such overpressure it pins you to the ground, sucking the breath out of you. And when you look up at ground zero there is just a big black scar in the landscape.
It would look pretty too, all that fire filling the sky. Turning day into a hellish night as thick black smoke blocks the sun whilst still-burning fuel rains down like a meteor storm setting everything ablaze. Truly making a hell on earth.

Uum, maybe not for BF2 then.

OH YESSSS!!!

This mod sure brings new life to BF2, well for me anyway. And with a bonus.

You can have stats and unlocks with the mod as well. Just need a dedicated BF2 server thats not running ranked.

I'm even building a new map for this one can you say F-14 Tomcat!!!!

The stats can be kinda tricky but all in all I like this better over the vanilla BF2
