Banned today?

Hello there, earlier on today i was playing on your karkand server and was kicked for bunny hopping, i rejoined and carried on playing(without bunny hopping) and was then kicked for suspitious gameplay. So again i rejoin and ask why this occured, a polite admin replied something about people dropping to 5 FPS when looking at me, this came as a shock to me i can guarantee that i cheat in no way. The admin apologises and i believe was about to check my stats to see if i was dodgy, when i get banned for apparently being a "mouthy ass". i have no problem in being kicked when i have broken a rule e.g bunnyhopping i wasn't particularly bothered when i was kicked for suspitious gameplay as i know what its like to admin a server when there are hackers everywhere. But to be banned whilst having a perfectly friendly converstion with one of your admins about why i was kicked is a total kick in the balls. i hope the admin who deemed me as being "a mouthy ass" explains why he thought this and why he felt it deserved a ban.

you was kicked for bunny hoping and you was warn then you came back in and did it over again so i kicked you. So you came back did it again then i ban you. So you open your mouth and srtarted ranning us down. I did not like the way you did that. If you dont like our sever rules then dont come on the server and dont talk down on any PC.

As for opening my mouth and insulting people that is simply untrue, i was having a perfectly fine conversation with one admin and never once said a bad word to anyone on the server and then got banned, i understand you see things differently but im sure you guys have got the chat logs which will back up what im saying.

I've spoken with Enforcer about this earlier and we have gone through the chat log prior to your last reply. It seems there has been some errors made and the only issue showing with you that I can find was a warning for bunny hopping and subsequent kick. Enforcer has assured me he'll be lifting the ban.

As to the "Suspicious game play" kick, that was my fault. Several members and clientèle on one side, simultaneously, experienced a major lag that dropped my own FPS down to 5fps. Suspecting someone was pulling something, and not being able to readily identify the individual, I began to kick those in close proximity based in some of the known traits of certain hacks out there. Shortly after removing yourself, your fellow MNKY associates, and one other individual, the lag stopped. However, I can't be sure if the culprit left on his own or if it was someone I kicked.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I know it's rather trying and I certainly would not want to be on the receiving end, but I hope you can understand my position at that point as the alternative is to have a potential hacker ruin it for everyone. We work very hard at trying to keep hackers, cheats, and general scumbags out of the servers. So much so that today it feels more like a job than a game. Nonetheless, we try.

Please keep watch for Enforcer to lift the ban. Upon doing so just watch for the bunny hopping thing as we do ban for that as a continuing issue that for some reason many others don't want to grasp.

I would like to apoligize for my behaviour on the server "fr0styakaimpact".

I said some things that were a little out of line, and didn't know that some people were experience major lag (which could easily be assosiated with players). I just get in a bit of a huff when i get kicked/banned for hacking (because I don't)!

I would like to thank Patriot for the very kind and understanding response, it has really cleared things up, and looking forward to fragging on the battlefield!
