I was playing under Sally-Cinnam0n was banned for reason: do not come back

I did bunny hop, in response to a admin who had =ToD= tags on shooting me once in the uncap and shooting several of my team on the hill they were also camping the uncap so no one could get out. If =ToD= admin is unable to respect uncap rules they were doing a degree of spawn raping and just farming kills so i retaliated.

I did ask for someone to deal with him, but admins can not be kicked or warned?

1. Circled red bases (Uncaps) must NOT be attacked by anything except Special Ops in the effort of destroying assets. Anything more than that will get you kicked or banned."

He was not spec op, one was support the other medic.

If on Jalalala(a few more la's)bad you can snipe from the rocks/ house / burning APC. I do not know the min engagement distances where there is an uncap on other maps (I think its the road which the US must cross on Karkand, not too sure though).

But if they are shooting out, shoot back.

We could not get out because of of the camping by two =ToD= players. Grenades were flying into the uncap. Then people were being shot inside the uncap from the outside.

The rules state an attack on the uncap is not allowed, to shoot is an attack, so it was directly breaking your rules as they are stated. Unless their is a degree of ambiguity in the rules.

He also stated he could not be kicked if he did or did not break the rules as he is an admin. No warnings were issued either.

Our rules as they stand are based on barrier lines. On Karkand the MEC team, other than SF going after assets, are not allowed into the spawn area. The MEC side can shoot into the uncap, but not enter it. The U.S. can shoot from the uncap at enemy targets. On Jalalabad the MEC side cannot pass the burning APC on the west and not go passed the second set of boulders on the south side.

I explained this to you in the chat and apparently it was not received.

The ban will be left up to senior admin to decide since you typed your intent to violate the rules you were already aware of in the chat and then proceeded to do so even after being told not to. This is why you were banned. Were it up to me the ban would stand, but that's not my decision.

Nades in uncap, along with camping outside it, that is what I'm concerned with. No PC_ member was doing it they were stood well back and awaiting the enemy. Where as =ToD= were able to shoot into the uncap and prevent anyone from getting out. As they were not warnings issued on his behaviour what othre resort did I have. They were throwing nades into an uncap as well as shooting into an uncap, is that not attacking an uncap, they are the rules after all. No attacking the uncap.

The ban can stay if it makes life easier, I'm a little worried of the attitude of the =ToD= admin who assured me he could never get kicked.

As You stated it's ok to bunny it others shoot you hiding and shooting from an uncap in hope not to get shooten back - I statet that an admin can kick you for bunny but no admin will kick for shooting animies. Do't twist the truth.

The rules state

Grenades in uncap (if that was you) and shooting into an uncap is an attack.

It says nothing about shooting in or out, it says they must not be attacked.

There is ambiguity, or a missing rule.

The last time I checked this thread was about a ban, not excuses for why rules were willfully, wantonly, and intentionally violated. I care not if you don't like the rules. What matters is they were intentionally violated and done so AFTER YOU STATED YOU WERE GOING TO DO IT as well as AFTER YOU WERE TOLD NOT TO by more than one admin. End of story.

Further, you are being viewed and treated the same as anyone else. I can't understand the propensity to come into a servers website and make your own determination as to what you think the rules should be and then determine that you are in charge of whether or not the thread should be pulled. You certainly have a lot of gall.

It is the account I use on WAIB servers also.

I decided to try out a new account to see what k/d I could get without playing vehicles, if I get a high k/d I can use the accounts for matches. As the link above shows I have not just been on the PC_ server but on many others, so it was not a targetting thing.

I have been on with LiamPK in the past and not kicked so it's not a question of being kicked either.

Provided your GUID is banned I can not come on with any name Bobz. So I could have came on with LiamPK, or Sally-Cinnam0n as had not previously been banned.
