Bad Connection

I finally managed to speaK to someone from my ISP even though I dont like what he said I am grateful for his honesty. Basically my area is over subscribed and I wont be playing my usual times. I barely get 256k in the evenings so until I can get a new ISP I do my best to come on and chat

Update. I have contacted BT and have been told that they wont be able to switch my connection until March 12 with a cost of £206 for 2 sockets...................thats before any broadbamd work is done
