I must admit these places have reached the point where you actually need a translator to understand english, terms like
"Do not very much try to disconnect or I will lose connection"
"Please stay line while I go look"
No, I aint racist and I know its their second language but hell on earth all I want to do is resolve a problem and technical comments like
"Come on later when we not busy may help you please"
I wont bank with people who use these centres, I wont buy online from them either but for now they "very much have me by the bollocks" so to speak
Has anyone else received classic comments from these centres? I would love to hear your experiences............
