thanks to the generosity of some folks.. i was able to hung with you guys..i was deeply touched by this..but it seems that the computer demons are back.. as far as i can tell the "agp" processor cooked on my motherboard..im trying to rma it.. but asus seems to b dragging their feet.. ill keep you all posted.. take care all n have fun !..Showy

Would a Abit KG7 Raid motherboard work with your Socket A 3200.

Reason I ask is, about 6months ago I sent that board to Spar with a 1.4 Thunderbird processor and if you can use it. I can probably get Spar to send you it too you.. Let us know.

That board didnt work Yoosty. I tried a new battery and it just wouldnt fire up.

in earger antisapatiom of its arrivall i did a lot of research on the combo of a 3200 with the asus deluxe.i found u can get between 2.7-8 ghz.. but bf2 would only boot up if i kept below 2.37 ghz..besides..its not the processor part of the board spar.. when i smelled something.. i shut her down started feeling things..almost burnt my hand on the cooling fins on the agp proccesor..sooo..but im fixin to call asus again right now..ill keep you all posted.. n by the way.. you all have done enough for me..let me try to rma this thing..cya all soon i hope :)
